How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
Shipping time varies by location and the product you are ordering. Some products head straight to fulfilment. Others which are made to order or require customisation, personalisation or engraving head into various production processes.
To help we add fulfilment and delivery specifics to all of our product pages.
- General fulfilment is typically 2-5 days business days.
- Made to order items and jewelry production times are typically 4-8 days business days.
At peak shopping times or when there is a high demand for an item requiring frequent restocking it may take us longer to fulfil your item, in that event we will be in contact to keep you updated.
We can generally ship products to all destinations within 5-15 business days.
Shipping is determined by the size and weight of the package and the delivery destination.
Maximum delivery time 35 business days.
All shipping times are approximate and exclude clearance and customs delays.
Will I Have To Pay Any Customs Or Import Tax?
Customs and import taxes may be charged for goods ordered depending on your location, the cost and type of the item you are purchasing. The recipient of the parcel will need to pay all costs in order to receive the goods.
By purchasing our products you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
Can I Cancel An Order?
Orders may be cancelled or changed if they have not been processed. After they have been processed, they may not be cancelled or changed.

What If I Get My Shipping Address Wrong?
Naava Gifts cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before placing your order. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
Some Of My Items Haven’t Arrived Yet?

Do You Have Money Back Guarantee?
We have a 28-day money-back guarantee. Goods must be unused and undamaged. Please note that personalised, engraved and made to order products may not be returned as they cannot be restocked.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery, please contact us to receive your Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and returns address.

We do not accept refund requests for undelivered items, where trackings shows the item has been delivered.
All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed on naavagifts.com There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If a credit is due, simply contact us, and we will gladly issue it. Unnecessary chargebacks are theft and can be prosecuted. If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on naavagifts.com please contact us for immediate resolution.
